What is the timeline for payment?

Copays and deductibles are routinely charged following your session. You do not need to contact us to arrange payment, we will utilize the card on file. 

Copays are usually charged within 1 week following the session. Deductibles, if present, are usually charged 3-4 weeks following a session, once we hear back from your insurance. 

We ask that all balances are paid within 30 days to avoid collections.
