How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You may manage your appointment scheduling within your client portal.

Please be aware that canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment start, or not attending a scheduled appointment, may incur a $75 fee (not payable by insurance). This fee is assessed at the discretion of each therapist. If you experienced extenuating circumstances that prevented you from cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with appropriate notice, please email your therapist.
